Jim Nickolaou is the Founder and CEO of Alethos Technologies, bringing more than 30 years of experience in autonomous systems, advanced sensing, artificial intelligence, and intelligent mobility. Throughout his career, he has led the development of cutting-edge technologies for automotive, defense, robotics, aerospace, and security applications, helping organizations transform complex technical challenges into real-world solutions.

Dr. Virgilio Villacorta is Chief Scientist at Alethos Technologies, where he leads advanced research and technology development efforts across sensing, analytics, and intelligent systems. An MIT-trained scientist and inventor with multiple patents, he has spent more than two decades advancing innovative solutions for defense, security, and commercial applications.
